Welcome to Milk & Honey-a small artisan boutique rooted in my home garden on Wilder Rd.
Wilder Rd started with a simple wish: to know exactly where things come from. What began as a few raised beds has become a working apothecary and tea garden here in Zone 9b, tended without herbicides, pesticides or GMOs. I harvest by hand, dry low and slow at 95-135 degrees F to keep the color and potency, and store everything in airtight bins in my garden studio.
What I grow is what I make...
In the garden you will find calendula, chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, passionflower, lemon verbena, peppermint and- spearmint, rosehips, hibiscus, nettle leaf, dandelion root, lilac, violets and strawberries.
In the studio, those harvests become small batch seasonal offerings:
Cottage Teas, Botanical Skin Care, Pantry Items and Garden Gifts.
